Senior developer — with a marketing background

I take on Umbraco projects, broader .NET web development and consulting engagements.

My background combines web & .Net development - architecture, backend, frontend, SEO, performance, and accessibility - with about 10 years in data-driven marketing — data driven email marketing, lifecycle flows, SEO, and triggered campaigns.

Umbraco CMS specialist

15+ years building Umbraco solutions across commercial projects — from architecture and custom blocks to full website delivery and long-term maintenance.

Email & retention marketing

A decade in data-driven marketing: lifecycle management, triggered campaigns, email retention strategy, and segmentation. The commercial side of what I build, not just the technical.

SEO & web performance

Technical SEO and performance built into every project from day one — not treated as an afterthought. Architecture, canonical structure, sitemaps, speed, and accessibility all considered upfront.

Long-term engagements

I take on both short engagements and long-term retainers. Most client relationships end up lasting more than a year.

KindbergCo Umbraco Platform

Most web projects start from a blank installation and repeat the same setup work every time — architecture, SEO structure, accessibility, performance configuration, and content patterns that every serious website needs.

We built our own Umbraco-based platform to solve that. It's the foundation we use on client projects and on this site. More than 500 hours of development went into it, and it's available as a licensed product for agencies, developers, and companies that want a stronger starting point.

This website is built on that platform, with minimal modifications.

Running Umbraco 13? Support ends in 2026.

When support ends, security patches stop. A planned upgrade to Umbraco 17 LTS costs less — and hurts less — than an emergency one. See what your timeline should look like.

Customers

A selection of previous customers I have worked with on long-term commitments.

These were not one-off projects. Each collaboration lasted for more than a year, allowing me to support continuous development, improve existing solutions, and contribute both technical depth and business understanding over time.
